Search Engine Friendly URL
What is a Search Engine Friendly URL and What can it do for me.
I know that you have heard a lot about search engine friendly URL's, but do you really know what they are and what they can do for you. We have all discussed for years the importance of KEYWORDS, and how we get our keywords indexed by Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, AOL, etc. but have you really looked at your current web site and said "So what are the keywords I am putting out there." Well this is just one more way of getting those keywords to the major search engines. When you click on "Contact Us" does it go to some url http://www.yourdomain.com/contactus.html. When search engines index this page, all they see is contact us. So I suppose if you wanted somebody to go to a search engine and type in contact us as a search word, you just might come up. But....... What if your url was something more like...
